We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service or customers who fail to appear for their appointment may forfeit their booking deposit if you had one . If appointment is same day this does not apply !
Same-day cancellations or no-shows without prior notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees are due within 7 calendar days of the cancellation date. Customers with unpaid cancellation fees may be required to pay the outstanding balance before booking future appointments, and J&B Legacy’s reserves the right to decline future bookings until the balance is paid.

What's Included in Our Ceramic Coating Process
A ceramic coating is much more than a simple wax. It's a durable protective layer that bonds to your vehicle's paint, helping protect it from the elements while enhancing gloss and making maintenance easier.
1. Vehicle Inspection
We begin with a thorough inspection of your vehicle to identify paint defects, scratches, swirl marks, and any areas that need extra attention.
2. Complete Exterior Wash
Your vehicle receives a detailed hand wash to remove dirt, road grime, bugs, and surface contaminants.
3. Iron & Contaminant Removal
We use specialized products to dissolve embedded iron particles, brake dust, and other contaminants that regular washing can't remove.
4. Clay Bar Treatment
A clay bar is used to remove bonded contaminants, leaving the paint smooth and properly prepared for correction and coating.
5. Paint Correction
We polish the paint to reduce or remove swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections. This step restores gloss and ensures the ceramic coating is applied to the best possible surface.
6. Surface Preparation
The paint is wiped down with a panel preparation solution to remove polishing oils and residue, allowing the ceramic coating to bond properly.
7. Ceramic Coating Application
The ceramic coating is carefully applied panel by panel and leveled for an even finish. Once cured, it creates a strong protective layer that enhances shine and repels water, dirt, and contaminants.
8. Final Inspection
